To add insurance to a UPS or FedEx Ground® service, or provide us with other special delivery instructions, please either leave a “Note” on your order, fill out a Contact form, or phone our office (our tel. no. is at the bottom of this page) so that we can make the necessary arrangements.**

FedEx Ground® shipping option is only available for delivery to commercial addresses! For RESIDENTIAL addresses, we recommend you select U.S. Postal Service (it's faster & cheaper!) or UPS shipping. If you select FedEx Ground® shipping to a residential address, your order may be delayed while we contact you for shipping instructions. If you still desire FedEx ground service to your residential address, please add a “Note” to your order so that we may contact you for payment of the surcharge for FedEx Home Delivery® service.
