Shipping & Delivery
Where does Amadeus Vanilla Ship?
Right now, we deliver to the following countries:
- United States (including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Canada
- Mexico
- Ireland
If you’re in another country, email us to see if we can make it happen.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days, and generally delivered in 3-8 working days* within the continental U.S. However, transit time can vary, and some deliveries may be longer**.
If we’re not able to prep your order within the 3 day time frame, we will email you to let you know.
We deliver your order straight to your address via USPS or FedEx. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order.
Our products are shipped from Amadeus Vanilla’s HQ in Northern California.
We do not do overnight shipping unless you reach out by phone and confirm we can do so.
* Exceptions may apply to distant and/or less accessible locations.
** Amadeus Vanilla is not accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.
Shipping is free in the Continental U.S., using USPS Ground Advantage.
If you’d like another method of shipping, please choose that option during checkout and shipping fees will apply. Shipping fees are based on the shipping address and delivery service you choose.

Can I update my shipping address, edit, or cancel my order once I place it?
As soon as you can, please email us at info@amadeusvanillabeans.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to catch your order. No guarantees, but we will try.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you don’t 100% love your vanilla, we’ll give you a refund on your first order (up to 1 lb of vanilla). Refunds for first-time customers are eligible within 2 months of the order date.
If your vanilla arrives damaged, please contact us by email asap (and no longer than 30 days), and send photos if possible. We’ll work with you to come up with a solution.
In both cases, we will generally ask you to return the vanilla, and can send you a shipping label.
How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we confirm that we will offer you a refund, we will process it within 2 business days. Paypal refunds are generally quick, within 1-3 days. Most credit card refunds take between 3 and 7 business days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Is my payment information secure?
The security of your payment information is very important to us.
If you pay with Paypal, we never receive your credit card information.
If you pay through our website using a credit card, we contract with third-party payment processors who are responsible for ensuring that your payment data is handled securely at every step:
- Your credit card information is collected on a secure HTTPS web page using SSL.
- We use credit card processing firms that are fully PCI-DSS compliant, which means they meet all industry standards for cardholder security.
- We never store your credit card number or your security code (CVV code). We only store a payment “token” (an order number generated by the processor), which allows us to look up your payment transaction without having your card details.
Can I update my shipping address, edit, or cancel my order once I place it?
We’ll do everything we can to catch your order. Please email us at info@amadeusvanillabeans.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to work some magic for you.
Bulk Orders
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes! Our minimum order quantity for bulk orders is 10kg (about 22lbs).
