UGANDA GOLDTM Vanilla Beans: We are finally back in stock of our incredible UGANDA GOLDTM super-premium gourmet vanilla beans (certified 100% organic)!
Organic Ground Vanilla Products: In addition to our superb, flavorful extract-grade "whole" vanilla beans, we are thrilled to announce we are back in stock our premium-quality 100% organic pure ground vanilla from Uganda. We just took delivery of some new, industrial-grade grinding equipment that was custom-built to our specifications. We are therefore finally able to again offer our fabulous FINE GRIND Pure Ground Vanilla in production quantities.

Unfortunately, we still have not been given access to our certified organic, post-extracted ("exhausted") ground vanilla. We are still trying to work out disposition of this inventory with Gold Coast, and cannot give any assurance when that product will again be available -- sorry!
PNG Tahitensis Vanilla Beans: We are delighted to announce that a new shipment of Tahitian-variety vanilla tahitensis vanilla beans has just arrived from Papua New Guinea! We are able to offer these distinct, flavorful beans in Super Long and Reg/Long lengths. Good quality tahitian vanilla is extremely difficult to obtain.

Indonesia Gourmet Vanilla Beans: Our expected shipment of premium, gourmet Indonesia vanilla beans was delayed several months ago due to unforeseen problems with new government regulations and some curing and drying difficulties in Indonesia. We just received some new samples as of early August, and are hoping to get word that a full shipment has been dispatched shortly. We have decided to keep these beans temporarily out of stock, however, as we cannot guarantee when the new shipment will be dispatched.
Organic Products Generally: EcoCert ICO, a premier, U.S. (NOP) and international (IFOAM) certification organization, has issued to Amadeus its own, independent organic certification. Shortly after receiving our certification (during the holidays at the end of December 2013), we re-took possession of ALL our certified organic inventory. So we are now able to book and ship orders for our FABULOUS certified organic Grade 1 extract vanilla beans for making home made vanilla extract.
Certified Organic Vanilla Extracts: We regret that we are now completely out of stock of our high-quality, premium certified organic pure vanilla extracts, both single-fold and double-fold. We are continuing our attempts to find a new manufacturing partner in the near future, but this process has taken far longer than we expected, in part due to the very few high-quality extract manufacturers based in the U.S. Please stay tuned, and send us your information using the form below to be put on our mailing list for future announcements!
