What You’ll Do With Them

Two beans is enough to make a real difference in a batch of ice cream, a custard, or a jar of vanilla sugar. Split a pod lengthwise, scrape the seeds into warm cream or sugar, and you’ll taste why fresh, direct-import beans are worth it.
